Website: www.strathmorechaos.ca Strathmore CHAOS Volleyball Club is a competitive U13 to U18 girls volleyball club, registered with Volleyball Alberta and Volleyball Canada. We are non-profit organization, and do everything we can to keep our fees as low as possible to allow as many players to play as we can. Strathmore Chaos Volleyball club is the creation of past Club President Greg Appleyard and past Vice-President Vito Peraino. In 2014, together they coached a local junior high school grade 7-8 girl’s volleyball team. The season was a great success as they took a group of girls and made them volleyball players. After the season, they wanted to find a way that allowed players of different skill levels the opportunity to continue to grow as players through prepared and challenging drills and playtime. What was initially a discussion about a school club became a discussion of a community club.
It wasn’t until Lindsay Hall, a teacher at another local junior high school, joined Greg and Vito that the idea of Strathmore Chaos came alive.

The upcoming season has some rule changes by Volleyball Canada.
As spectators of the sport and players remember that with every change there comes learning for those officiating along with those playing and watching. If something seems different than last season it might be because it’s supposed to be.
