JIL Church Strathmore

To our dearly beloved Spiritual Director,

We honor you and thank God for your life—a faithful, zealous, and inspiring leader and pastor. Your life of service and devotion to God continues to bless and inspire us.

May the Lord richly bless you with divine health, renewed strength, greater wisdom, and abundant joy as you continue to serve Him and His people.

We love and appreciate you dearly, Pastor! ❤️

Happy 80th Birthday!
May this milestone birthday be filled with God’s goodness, grace, and countless blessings!

Our Beloved Bishop Bro. Eddie,

Today, as you celebrate your 80th birthday, we thank God for your life and for the blessing you have been to so many people here in the Philippines and around the world.

We have heard you faithfully preach God’s Word and pray according to His Word, countless times through the years. We have seen your deep desire for people to know Jesus—the One who saves, heals, delivers, restores, and transforms lives.

You have been a spiritual father to us—evangelizing, discipling, and commissioning us to live out the full Gospel of Christ, with a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit. You have taught us not only through your preaching, but through the life you have lived before us.

Our prayer is that God’s faithfulness, which endures to all generations, will continue to be evident in your life and in the generations that follow you. (Psalm 119:90) May you continually experience the faithfulness of the God who keeps His covenant and surrounds you with His steadfast love. (Deuteronomy 7:9)

May you continue to taste and see that the Lord is good, and may He protect, strengthen, and fill you with the peace that only His presence can give. (Psalm 34:8)

We love you, Bro. Eddie. We thank God for you, and we give all glory to our Heavenly Father for what He has done through your life.

Happy, Blessed, and Victorious 80th Birthday, Bro. Eddie!

With love and gratitude,
Your Jesus Is Lord Church Family

Let’s go to church today and worship God!

Hebrews 10:24-25- And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Nehemiah 8:10 NIV – "Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."

Joy is a supernatural strength from the Holy Spirit that energizes believers and
amplifies worship. It is real gladness rooted in God’s presence, sustaining us through
every circumstance.

How breakthrough joy helps the Church serve God and experience His power:
• Energizes service: Joy motivates believers to serve God with unwavering
enthusiasm.
• Strengthens faith in trials: Joy sustains confidence in God’s promises
despite difficulties.
• Creates a Spirit-filled atmosphere: Spirit-inspired joy opens our hearts to
God’s presence, allowing His power and miracles to flow freely.

Breakthrough Joy strengthens believers to serve faithfully, endure steadfastly,
and experience the manifest power of God in every area of life.

What a powerful night to hear the Word of God, pray with one another, and be encouraged by the powerful testimonies shared.

There is something beautiful when God’s people come together in faith, prayer, and fellowship. We may have come with different stories, but we leave strengthened, encouraged, and reminded of God’s faithfulness.

To God be all the glory!

Maybe this Sunday is the day you need to hear this: God is still good.

If your heart is tired, if you’ve been waiting for an answer, or if you simply want to thank God for carrying you through another week—come.

Let’s worship together, lift our hearts to God, and be reminded that His goodness never runs out and His presence is always enough.

We’d love to worship with you!

Life can make us tired.
Work can make us busy.
Responsibilities can make us feel overwhelmed.
Sometimes, we quietly carry battles that nobody else sees.

But we were never meant to carry everything alone.

There is power when God’s people come together, seek His presence, and pray for one another.

This is not just another meeting.
This is a call back to the place where our strength is renewed, our faith is restored, and our hearts are aligned with God.
