Apparently the universe decided I needed a hands-on refresher in acute injury treatment. 😅

After a less-than-graceful ankle sprain, the wonderful Gary came to treat me with acupuncture within 24 hours of the injury. The swelling was impressive... and not in a good way.

Fast forward 24 hours after treatment, and the difference was pretty remarkable. 👀

Acupuncture is often used to help support the body's natural healing process by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and encouraging recovery after injuries like sprains and strains.

Let's just say I'm very grateful to have an acupuncturist down the hall who knows exactly what he's doing when things go sideways. 😉

Now if only he could treat my coordination...

I'm off for a couple days but will be back at it soon with Gary's help!
