Trilogy Homes is busier than EVER and we are excited to be making clients happy home owners in Strathmore and the surrounding area. Two acreages are being built for families who grew up in this area and want to continue to plant their roots here! Lakewood and Wildflower continue to expand and we are so happy to be part of that process!!! And, our last lot in Hillcrest Manor Estates has also sold to a family that grew up in this area ❤️ We will be digging soon, keeping our community growing and working hard to provide our clients with quality forever homes that make us proud!!!

Trilogy Homes is working hard to build you your dream home in Strathmore! We have many clients at various stages of their build and we are so excited to be part of the place they will call home. Whether it be in Lakewood (a family oriented neighbourhood with amazing development ideas), Wildflower (a beautiful tucked away area connected to a ton of walking paths on the canal) or your own acreage property (hello peacefulness and views) we’ve got you!!!! Building during these challenging times has definitely been interesting, timing on deliveries doesn’t always jive with our schedules, but we keep going! We have been building in Strathmore and the surrounding area for 19 years and we’re so proud of it!

Back in the Spring this house garnered a lot of attention when we posted it’s mid construction pictures….it finished beautifully and we are beyond proud and excited for its Owners to move in. They say it takes a village and Trilogy is so lucky to have the people and suppliers working for us that we do….
From design to materials, trades with amazing skills and a lot of hard work, we ❤️ when we get to hand over something special 😊

This bungalow is a super popular model, very much a home for everyone. We had so many people interested in this home. Thankfully, we had the opportunity to showcase it, and what our finishings are. All the hard work of our team.....enjoy!!

We are BUSY!!! And for that we are grateful and appreciative. Remember that 1st acreage we posted about? Well, it’s moving right along and is looking fantastic! Their deck is going to be the perfect place to relax after a long day and a great place to view prairie skies! This modern design was done by Daphne Epp Halvorsen, and we can’t wait to hand over the finished product. This cute furry friend, Penny, is going to call this place home, and she’s very excited about it!!

I can bring the boss to the mountains, but I can’t make him “holiday”, lol. Working as hard as ever, at least he has a glass of wine 🤷‍♀️
