Balance + Restore started with mental health, but the vision has always been bigger than one type of care.
Because taking care of yourself might mean therapy. It might mean understanding your ADHD, getting an assessment, learning how to manage burnout, taking better care of your body or finally doing something about the skin concern that has been bothering you for years.
Wellness looks different for everyone.
So we’re building a clinic that reflects that.
Different professionals. Different services. Different ways to support you — all in one welcoming space right here in Strathmore.
And we’re only getting started. 🌿

Girl to girl… taking care of yourself isn’t shallow. 🤍
These are the things I’m learning to stop treating like optional extras:
1. Moving my body.
Not because I need to make it smaller. Because I genuinely feel better when I move.
2. Taking care of my skin.
Skincare, SPF, treating concerns that bother me — wanting to feel confident in my skin isn’t vain.
3. Paying attention when my body hurts.
Instead of automatically deciding “ehhh, this is just my life now.” 😂
4. Resting BEFORE I’m completely exhausted.
Still working on this one. 🙃
5. Eating, hydrating and sleeping like they’re actual needs.
Wild concept, I know. 😂
6. Doing things simply because they make me feel GOOD.
Not because they’re productive. Not because someone else needs something from me. For me.
Taking care of your body isn’t punishment.
Taking care of your skin isn’t vanity.
Rest isn’t laziness.
You live in this body every single day. You’re allowed to take care of it. 🤍
