PB & J COLLAGEN CHIA PUDDING 🍓 🥜 (4 servings)⁣
✨Ingredients:⁣
〰️1 can of coconut milk⁣
〰️1/3 cup of chia seeds⁣
〰️1/4 cup of Marine Collagen + Cofactors⁣
〰️1/2 cup of mixed berries⁣
〰️1/4 cup of nut butter⁣
〰️1-2 Tbsp of maple syrup⁣⁣
✨Directions⁣:
Place the coconut milk, chia seeds and marine collagen in a container and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Blend/crush the berries to make a “jam”, then add it to the chia pudding along with the nut butter and maple syrup. Mix everything well or keep separate to take a pretty picture 📸
