Take a photo of your property, upload it into Gemini, ChatGPT etc. and prompt it to create an image incorporating your idea. It won't be perfect, or to code, but it's a great starter to bring to your designer (like the old napkin sketch).

We've spoken publicly on this before...building housing on marginal farmland (not good for crops). Communities like County of Brant are now even incentivizing building additional residential units on agricultural properties. Could be a game-changer in creating housing opportunities across Ontario.
-Making use of under-utilized space
-Minimal strain on infrastructure (septic, wells etc.)
-Plenty of room for parking and access
