Sharing all aspects of Healthy Living AND info about local Stretch & Dance classes. Hello my name is Kim. I am now offering Dance & Stretch classes.
As a child I participated in many physical activities such as Dance, Swimming, Gymnastics and Figure Skating. As an adult I have continued to teach Dance, participate in Dance and Fitness classes, and educate myself in Healthy Living. I hope you will join us!
Tuesday morning Stretch & Dance cancelled for the remainder of the year while I upgrade my skills and education.
Thursday 6:30pm class is still running. 🙂
