Alexander Galt RHS

Don't forget. No school on Monday. Have a great long weekend and an amazing Thanksgiving everyone!

Mr Juby's Hunting and Fishing class had their first fishing trip this week at Lac Des Nations. Students practiced skills learned at school, and ended up catching a few fish! Mr. Juby would like to thank his students for being very safe, responsible, and being a pleasure to take fishing. Thank you to Mr. Richard and Mr. Fogg for helping to conduct the activity as well. More fishing trips to come!" 🎣

Dont forget, tomorrow is dress country day...is that a normal day at Galt? Hmmm....

Can't wait to see all the costumes, and make sure you all go to the Library to show off your costumes!!

Congratulations to former Alexander Galt Piper, Carter Mooney on being names Head Coach of the men's basketball team at Champlain College in Lennoxville.

*** Reminder to all Parents and Students***

This Monday Oct 5th is now a Ped Day due to the Quebec Elections. The day shall be made up on May 26th.

As Ms. McKinven and Ms. Comeau teach every year, and has been taught every year since the 70s, in Alexander Galt's most incredible Model Parliament project done in EH4, it doesn't matter who you vote for, just make sure you do, for democracy is a powerful tool available to all.

See you on Tuesday.
