Support isn't always one big conversation...
It often starts in the everyday moments. The language we use, the comments we make and the way we respond to people around us can help young people understand whether they are safe to be themselves.
This , we’re reminding parents and caregivers that small signs of acceptance can make a big difference.
If your child or teen needs mental health support, can help children, youth and families connect with care. Learn more at stridestoronto.ca.

This is more than a gym.💜
At our Middlefield location, this space is an integral part of our autism programming, including Entry to School, Early Behavioural Intervention, one-on-one programming and family meetups.
Movement, play and support all happen here. The gym gives children space to practise motor skills, interact with peers and participate in ways that support their unique needs.
