We share this pride and want to give all prairie residents the opportunity to show the passion for where they come from. A different kind of home game 💚
Last week, I had the honour of welcoming nearly 3,000 students at the University of Saskatchewan Open House. Standing on the Huskies home court and sharing my experience as a USask alumnus was one of those moments you wish you could stay in a little longer.
And yes, Howler made sure he got his share of the attention 🐺!
I arrived at USask planning to become a lawyer through the combined business and law program. That brought me to the Edwards School of Business , where I discovered interests and possibilities I hadn’t considered - including a passion for entrepreneurship.
That interest has grown into twelve years of Prairie Proud, and it was pretty special to be back on campus sharing where it’s taken me.
And this is why Prairie Proud’s newest collaboration with the USask recruitment team means so much. We’ve brought our brands together on limited-edition, Canadian-made t-shirts their recruiters will wear across the prairies and beyond. 🌾
Seeing something I built become a small part of welcoming students to the place where my own journey began is something I’m incredibly proud of.
Start with what excites you, stay curious, and give yourself room to discover more. The people you meet and the things you try can lead you to a future you haven’t imagined yet.
