Life update/Wraffle and fundraising info:

A couple of months ago, our family found out Britt’s mom, Ursula, has stage 4a cervical cancer. There has been a lot to navigate during this time, and we found out just before Laurence - her first grandchild - was born. She began chemo and radiation treatments a couple of weeks ago, and is going to Ontario with her youngest son to finish treatment at the end of the month.

Due to her treatments and recovery, she has been out of work, and will continue to be out of work for several months. While the family is doing what they can to support her, we (RBD) would like to help fundraise to provide her some comfort and financial stability during this time. We want her to be able to focus on recovery, healing, and spending time with her children and grandchild.

We’re still working out the kinks, as baby keeps us busy, but in the next couple days we will be releasing information about a wraffle, custom order slots, and available pieces. The money we make from our market on the 25th will also go towards mom’s relief fund. In addition, Ursula has decided to donate any money raised that she does not need to the cancer centre in Saskatoon.

With under 2 months till our little baby arrives, we’re starting to wind down on projects. Our last day to take custom orders will be May 1st, but the sooner the better!
