As a non-Indigenous business, OptimaHR recognizes that we operate and live in Saskatchewan, on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis.

We also recognize that reconciliation is not something we can simply acknowledge once a year. It asks us to keep learning, listening and reflecting on how we show up in our workplaces and communities.
