A new year is here and with it we wish to announce and say good bye to Zero 8 Designated Drivers. Started in 2008 Zero 8 DD was our Provinces original DD service.

With new changes to Impaired Driving Laws the time has come to say good bye to Zero 8 and welcome our new brand SafeRide DD.
Under our new Banner the same husband and wife team responsible for bringing you Zero 8 are excited to become SafeRide

SafeRide will be offering you access to more Drivers and lower trip rates as the demand for our service continues to grow. We thank everyone who has used Zero 8 and hope to see you all with SafeRide. All our Zero 8 staff are on board and excited for our future as Saferide Designated Drivers

We will not be monitoring our social media feeds until our unit is back in office on Jan 3rd, 2017. As always, we cannot take reports via Facebook, so please call 306-777-6500 if you need police assistance, 9-1-1 in an emergency, or attend the front desk (8am - 8pm daily) to submit a report of an incident that has happened already. Thanks!

Officers will be out on patrol answering calls for service as per usual. There will be some extra officers on night shifts looking for impaired drivers. Please don't drink and drive. Call a friend, your parents, a cab, Operation Red Nose - Regina, First Choice Designated Driver Service, Zero 8 Designated Drivers, or Regina Transit on New Years until 2am! Whatever you do, there is no excuse for driving impaired, and the costs/risks are not worth it.
