As stretched thin as you are, you still always feel like you’re letting people down
We’ve been taught that putting ourselves last is what makes us good mothers, partners, friends, professionals.
And so many women end up trying to pour from empty.
Giving everything of themselves to everyone and feeling fully for saying no, resting or asking for help.
And it costs you your health.
Protecting your energy, setting the boundary and taking the rest isn’t selfish.
The people who matter don’t want to see you stretched thin, exhausted and overwhelmed.
And the more you show up for yourself and continually meet your own needs, the more wholly you can show up for others around you.
Hmmm 🤔
Maybe it’s deeper than that?
A maxed out, stressed nervous system will NOT lose weight
It will pull you towards carbs with cravings
It will keep you unmotivated and “lazy”
It makes you feel bone deep exhaustion
It will make you feel overwhelmed and anxious
And it will NEVER lose the weight and keep it off.
Solve for stress, and the weight comes off, you wake up with energy, and no longer feel like a stranger in your own body.
The resilient body blueprint treats stubborn weight loss at the root so clients drop fat and keep it off for good

I used to play competitive soccer as a kid
When I was 14, we got into a bus accident in Mexico that ended my soccer career.
Over the years I used food and booze to deal with my anxiety and depression, and I ended up gaining 100lbs.
I felt so disconnected from my body. I tried every diet I could to lose weight, but nothing helped.
Then I saw a girl deadlifting 200lbs online and I thought - I wanna do that!
So I started treating myself like an athlete again.
Lifting heavy, eating to fuel my body instead of just losing weight, and recovering like an athlete.
I lost 100lbs and kept it off. So maybe that’s the mental shift you need?
If you’re active, you’re an athlete. But you keep trying to shrink, run on fumes and still expecting yourself to perform.
It doesn’t matter what age or stage your body is in. You wont find the body, the energy, the strength and the confidence you’re looking for in a 12 week restrictive plan.
So what if you did something different? Lift weights, move your body, fuel your body, and recover for your “big games”.
DM me if you want to get off the diet treadmill and learn how to feel like yourself again
Now before you get mad at me 😅
if you love your class because it’s fun, social, and gets you moving, amazing. Keep going! All movement is great for your health.
But fat loss & body composition? Different story.
“Toning” isn’t a thing. There’s no class on earth that “tones.” There’s building muscle, and there’s losing fat. That’s it.
And those sweaty, heart-pounding, zone 4/5 classes 5 days a week that you think are burning fat? They’re not building you the muscle OR losing the fat that creates the look you actually want.
They’re making your cardio better, but it wont make you lean.
If you are 35+, you gotta know this
The look you want comes from two things: proper nutrition and lifting actual weights.
Your changing hormones mean muscle is now your single greatest asset for metabolism, body composition, and aging well.
And honestly most of you doing those classes aren’t eating enough or recovering enough to support the life you’re living.
You’re running a high-stress, high-output life, crushing zone 4/5 five days a week, avoiding carbs and under-fueling.
Thats a cortisol cocktail that’s keeping your cravings high, energy low and belly fat stuck.
You don’t need to work harder. You need to train smarter, fuel properly, and stop throwing more gas on a cortisol dumpster fire
Comment THRIVE below and I’ll send you exactly how I’d get you lean and in the best shape of your life by the end of 2026 (while still keeping your fun cardio classes)
Snaps for my wonderful client Jesse! 🙌
You think you’re busy? 👇🏻
Jesse was busy working full time, raising two young and busy kids, keeping a clean house (also to try to sell), training for a half marathon, and tax season was looming when we started, her busiest season
She wanted to lean out and help increase her performance in her runs, but what she struggled the most with constant cravings and binges.
Her stress was high, activity was high and nervous system was wound up ‼️
Even though she was hesitant, instead of getting her to do more, we cut back on her “doing”
Little moments of breath work and safety through the day, a calmer evening routine, strategic training around her runs, and we almost DOUBLED her calories
The result? No more constant snacking and thinking about food
No more binges at the snack table at work from the stress of deadlines
Enjoying food and treats with her kids without feeling guilty
And a food freedom she never thought she’d have.
She crushed run PRs through her training, kept the same weight but lost inches, and is feeling more confident around food than ever!
All because she said yes because she knew she deserved more.
Because she was willing to say yes to herself.
Cravings and binges are not a personality trait - they’re your body yelling at you that it needs support.

We’ve done the quick fixes
We’ve done the supplement protocols
And OH BOY have we done the shame & blame game to try and get to the body you want
And so far? Still stuck with the same results and getting more exhausted by the day.
It’s your stress, and every single time you “lock in”, you’re actually getting further from the body you want
The one that feels energetic, lean and sexy
The one that feels in control around food and doesn’t obsess over every macro
That body? She’s in there. She just needs a different approach entirely.
Your hormones and your metabolism need to stop being run entirely on cortisol and stress
Your brain and body need recovery and fuel
And you need to start prioritizing yourself to rebuild that self trust and that confidence.
Ready to feel like yourself again?

This program is so much more than weight loss
It’s giving yourself permission to prioritize yourself. To not have to “do it all”.
To eat in a way that is joyful instead of shameful and stressful.
To feel calm and in control instead of anxious and overwhelmed.
And to love your body the way she deserves to be loved.
Saying yes is so much more than weight loss.
If you tell yourself weighting and logging your food is too hard, then it will be
Weighing and tracking is much easier than guessing, restrictive meal plans or cutting out carbs, sugar and joy
Can it feel tedious sometimes? Sure. But you’ll learn how to use it because you’re super capable and smart. You just have to give yourself a chance to learn.
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be consistent. So don’t stress too much about the numbers.
Plus with all the new features they have, it’s super simple.
So you can put the belief down that it’s too much work and realize that it’s more work to stay stuck in a body you hate.
DM me THRIVE and I’ll show you how I help clients lose 20+ lbs, regain their confidence and eat all the foods they love.
If I had 100lbs to lose again I’d totally do a GLP-1
I remember the cravings and the food noise
The miserable hunger
And all of that effort to see the scale creep so painfully slowly
So I get it. It’s easy, and it feels like you have control back.
But the problem is, all of those things are waiting for you when you get off the meds. And if I took GLP-1s back then, I’d probably gain all the weight back too
I did restrictive diets that made my cravings and hunger unbearable, and it made it impossible to stay consistent.
That’s why most people go on these drugs. They’re fu**in sick of horrible diets.
But if you don’t lift weights and fuel your body while you’re on it, you’re losing muscle, increases your cortisol and slows your metabolism
So not only do the cravings come back after you get off the meds
But so does the weight gain - and then some because the muscle you lost makes it easier for you to gain weight.
So I don’t care if you’re on weight loss drugs - I get it.
I just want you to know it’s not a magic pill. And unless you’re preserving your muscle, fuelling yourself and repairing your relationship with food, this’ll just be another fad diet, sis.
There’s a way to get to your dream body without feeling exhausted and hungry
DM me THRIVE and I’ll send you a free training on how I’d structure your program to help you lose weight, build muscle, control your cortisol and help you get into the best shape of your life (inside and out) by the end of 2026
