I am super delighted and excited to let you know that I will be performing a set of my music - some older and some brand new, possibly even some never heard before! - on this sweet little stage at Stonewell Farm on Salt Spring Island on Sunday August 30 at 2 PM!!

It is a beautiful event - like a mini festival - with 3 different stages and lots of different kinds of performances on offer, plus delicious, home-concocted food and beverages available for purchase! This will be my first full set performed, and only my second stage offering, after my seven year (trauma-induced) sabbatical. Would love to see your beautiful face in the crowd!
Resting is a big part of preparing for a show. At least, it is for me.
I must take care of my physical well-being, my energy levels, as much as I need to work on the songs I’m choosing to sing.
Being a working musician living with chronic illness is multifaceted work.
I am so lucky to live with this beautiful forest right outside my door! I spend my mornings here!

BIG NEWS: My Masters are DONE!!!!
Now to get the artwork and layout completed… and off to the replication company she’ll go… ! When? So far, nobody knows lol
This project seems to have a life of its own. I cannot push it. It cannot push me. We are working together to reach completion. I am (continually!) learning to TRUST THE PROCESS!
Can you relate? Do you sometimes try to push a river to get something done?
