Stunning waterfront design and ex*****on, circa 2014.
It was a treat to realize this design with trend-setting features like corner-glazed windows, countertop height windows, shou sugi bahn siding, and Lifetime treated soffit.

This great retaining wall is filled in, the garage is waterproof, and we're ready to begin the next buildings. What is the beginning in many ways is also many milestones. What may look like a blank slate is actually many hurdles overcome: design and permitting challenges, utility servicing, and many meters of retaining walls rising out of bedrock. What is below the surface may be easy to underestimate but, in the case, will really enhance experience of the world class vista (even when it's buried in fog).
