12 years of Datolite Solutions!

Over the last 12 years, we've grown from a small team with a big idea into a trusted partner for 50+ AmLaw 100 firms, delivering 1,500+ successful implementations across Elite and Aderant platforms. From 3E and DocuDraft template development to Business Intelligence, Datolite Rocket, and Datolite Talent, our mission has stayed the same: helping law firms turn their data into something smarter, faster, and genuinely useful.

None of this happens without the right people. To our amazing team at Datolite, thank you for your expertise, your dedication, and the care you bring to every project. You're the reason our clients keep coming back, and the reason we can look back on 12 years with so much pride.

And to every firm who's trusted us along the way, thank you for being part of this journey.

Launching Datolite Talent

The best law firms build excellent teams on purpose, one great hire at a time.

Datolite Solutions is proud to announce the launch of Datolite Talent, a specialist recruitment practice dedicated to legal finance and technology professionals.

Founded by Lisa Lane, Datolite Talent brings over a decade of legal recruitment expertise directly into our clients' hands. This new practice extends our mission into a space our clients have been asking us to serve for years.

Competitive firms already know what excellence looks like. What they need is a recruitment partner who knows their market and can find that person who not only matches the caliber of their team, but raises it further.

That is exactly what Datolite Talent is built to do.

This launch reflects what has always been true at Datolite Solutions: people led, technology driven. Real relationships and expert judgment, backed by the right tools and the right insight.

If your firm is ready to add its next hero to the team, Datolite Talent is ready to be your guide.

Datolite Talent is now open for business.

At Datolite, we love to celebrate employee milestones! 🌟
