This isn’t storm chasing; it’s moral responsibility.

It’s been 6 weeks since the flooding started. This is the longest standing storm we have seen in this province, and it seems it isn’t finished yet.

We are assisting the communities of: Edmonton, Thorsby, Tofield, Camrose, Leduc, St Albert & Sherwood Park, and other outlying communities.

Our staff are working around the clock to relieve the restorers in our neighbouring communities, and to bring people back to a safe home. We compassionately support those in need, during unprecedented times like these.

This work isn’t just hard. It’s exhausting. Our team has been running on 12+ hour days for 3 weeks and counting. Please be kind to them, they are giving up much to do the right thing; to help, even when what’s required to help feels insurmountable.

We thank our teams, our customers and our insurance partners for their grace and understanding, and for their cooperation and confidence during this challenging time.

Over the past several days, we’ve been working tirelessly to help families, businesses, and property owners recover from the recent CAT storm. From west of Edmonton, to east of Edmonton, and throughout the City of Edmonton, our crews have been on the ground responding with urgency, professionalism, and genuine compassion.

Storm damage is more than damaged buildings—it’s disrupted lives. That’s why we believe every customer deserves not only a fast response, but empathy, clear communication, and the confidence that they’re in good hands.
