Thank you to everyone who came out to our Go Science Event!
We had 40 children that had attended. Way to go Raymore & Area!
Our Go Science Scientist were Noah & Tana! They were very informative, hands-on experiences with all the children with using different forms of science.
The children had learned about:
1. Gills to Gulls- learn about a variety of creatures that live near or in water!
2. Water we doing? Dive into science and engineering through creations like dams, aqueducts, waterwheels, submarines and much more.
3. Surf and Turf - What happens where land meets water? Kids will explore how rivers, wetlands, and shorelines are shaped.
Everyone who had stayed till the end had made “Water & Glow n Dark Oil Test tube”. And of course everyone’s favourite Watching a Water Rocket take off outside. Can’t forget the Freezies as a wonderful treat.
