Last chance to support rural health in BC.

Bidding closes tonight at 8 pm PT for the BC Rural Health Network’s silent auction, and there are still some outstanding items available at great prices.

This is a simple way to support a growing provincial voice for rural residents, communities, providers, and organizations working to improve access to care across British Columbia.

Bid on a trip, a meal, a wellness experience, or another great item. You may find something you would already enjoy purchasing, while helping strengthen rural health advocacy at the same time.

Cash donations are also deeply appreciated and are tax deductible.

Please take a few minutes to look, bid, donate, and share.

Auction closes at 8 pm PT tonight:

🌿 Bidding opens tomorrow! 🌿

The BC Rural Health Network is launching our first Rural Matters Silent Auction, and I would be so grateful for your support.

Across BC, rural, remote, and First Nations communities face real challenges accessing health care: long travel for appointments, limited places to stay near treatment, emergency room closures, delays in assessments for children and youth, mental health gaps, and the ongoing struggle to keep health professionals in smaller communities.

This is why the BC Rural Health Network exists: to make sure rural voices are heard and rural health care needs are not forgotten.

Our online silent auction runs May 15–25 and features some wonderful BC items, experiences, and local favourites. Every bid helps support our advocacy and community work.

Even better — thanks to two generous donors, cash donations made during this campaign can be tripled!

That means:

💚 $25 becomes $75
💚 $100 becomes $300
💚 $500 becomes $1,500

If rural health matters to you, please help us get this campaign off to a strong start.

You can help by:

✅ Registering and bidding when the auction opens tomorrow
✅ Making a cash donation while matching funds are available
✅ Sharing this post
✅ Tagging friends, family, colleagues, businesses, or community leaders who may want to support rural health in BC

Every bid, every donation, and every share helps.

Rural communities matter. Rural health matters. Together, we can make sure these voices are heard.
