Precision North Projects, is looking to fill up our schedule for interior projects for the fall and winter this year, we are trying to primarily book interior paint jobs for new construction & re paints. A before, during, and after. Although we aren't fully completed the new look is by far superior. Looking like an actual functional kitchen here soon.

Chipping away at this Project, renovating an updating a customers newly bought duplex units for rentals that look great and up to date.

Full unit, all new flooring , subfloor, trims, paint, as well as many repairs from
A previous tenant. This is now a rental unit and the customer is extremely happy with the quality of unit. As he chooses to upgrade all his units to attract amazing tenants. Sometimes some slip through the crack an repairs need to be made.

Update for a rental property. Very well done. And took our time to ensure great quality.

Beautiful exterior paint job. Prep and spray days went smooth thanks to our amazing team. Great customer nice colour choices. From on off beige/yellow stucco, and brown trim and board and bat and fascia to Anchor grey, and Standard white supplies from Cloverdale and their amazing team!

Front mud room and laundry room, re framed up and repaired on mobile unit, drywall, trim, painting. All to customers desire.

Helping out a rental unit have access to their backyard without tripping .

Nice full exterior transformation.
