Honouring Ontario Veterans means helping create more options for living with ease and dignity.

Eligible Veterans and their families can receive up to $3,000 in financial assistance over a twelve-month period through the Soldiers' Aid Commission, put toward the things that make a home feel like home.

That includes help with home repairs, furniture, moving costs, and first and last month's rent. Real, practical support for the people who gave so much.

If you or someone you know may qualify, this is worth looking into.

PEC carries more than 225 years of history - and six museums to prove it.

The Exhibition Hall at Base31, Macaulay Heritage Park, Ameliasburgh Heritage Village, Wellington Heritage Museum, Mariners Park Museum, and Rose House Museum are the keepers of the stories, artifacts, and buildings that shaped this place, from its Indigenous roots to its Loyalist settlers, its working waterfronts to its farming families.

Base Living is part of a new chapter shaped by that same character and spirit. As the community continues to grow, the goal remains the same: creating homes that honour where Base31 has been while making room for the future of Prince Edward County.

At Base Living, we understand the importance of community and how this impacts the spaces you use every day. Our villages will be part of our Communication Association, whereby homeowners benefit from access to shared amenities, maintained common areas, and organized governance that helps protect property values and foster a sense of community.

Future homeowners at a Base31 village can expect access to several amenities including a future clubhouse, wellness amenities, events, communal gardens, gathering spaces, and ongoing programming, all supported collectively by the contributions of the residents who live here.

One of the things people quickly come to appreciate about life in Prince Edward County is the night sky.
