We have secured another land assembly to meet the purpose - to build rental apartments. It is strategically located on Bloor Street, intensification corridor, with High-Rise development potential. Have had few meetings with city and received tremendous support from city as well. We started working with consultants, hoping to achieve 120+ units right on Bloor Street.

We had a productive meeting with Oshawa City Councillor John Gray to discuss recent developments in downtown Oshawa, focusing on the intensification efforts along Bloor St. We also explored the city's vision for the area’s developments and the anticipated benefits of a future Ritson Go Station on Bloor St. Additionally, our conversation encompassed our recent land assembly initiative, which has the potential to accommodate more than 100 residential units. It is gratifying to note that Councillor John Gray expressed wholehearted support for our development proposal.

Building this beautiful estate in South Oakville, steps from Lake Ontario. It is a beautiful modern design made that will have very high end finishes. This location is the most sought out area in the GTA and this build will reflect that prestige. Started the excavation for the site and can't wait to share more updates.

A productive day indeed ! A meeting with the Mayor Tom Mrakas and Marco Ramunno, the Director of Planning, came to fruition, where we had a detailed discussion about their vision and how we can collaborate to realize our common goals. We had a lengthy discussion about “Town square”, potential subway extension from Richmond hill to town of Aurora and its impact on local housing development, benefits to developers in the rental building, and most importantly about the “Town of Aurora’s official plan update”. To crown our discussion, we also discussed about intensification and key areas where we can potentially build 5-7 storey residential buildings, which is invaluable information to all of our investors and future investments in the town of Aurora.

We have another education/information session to our investors. Jack Wong (Urban planner) from Malone Given Parsons outlined planning essentials , due diligence and discussed few case studies.
During the meeting, we discussed what to look for during the due diligence. We reviewed various Official Plans, zoning, planning steps, latest land development trends, what area to focus specially in the Durham region, demonstrates the GIS and many other important information.
