Wireman is looking to hire an office manger to join our team. The office manager would organize a small crew, look after bookkeeping, the flow of documents coming in and going out, and collaborate with crew, manager and customers to ensure our continued high quality of customer satisfaction.

Objectives and Responsibilities

schedule daily and long-term goals for the whole team
use bookkeeping software to keep all documents up to date
pay all bills on time including vendors and government remittances
invoice customers after job completion
keep a tidy and organized office
gain an understanding of materials used and keep them ordered and stocked
work daily with owner to ensure all aspects of the company are achieving the desired productivity and quality
Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma

experience in office management
competence in bookkeeping and Quickbooks is a must
strong organizational and collaborating skills
self-starter and ability to work independently and with others
Job Details

available immediately
pay is $22-$27 per hour based on experience
Monday to Friday starting at 7:45

Applicant must be able to do bookkeeping using Quickbooks, including payables, receivables, payroll and government remittances. Scheduling a small crew, managing office phone and emails, monitoring supplies and materials are some of the job responsibilities.
