s a country bar or full service restaurant. We have many years in the food and beverage industry so decided we would make it happen. Upon arriving, we realized that we needed to put deeper thought into the location and opened up a small take out window while we considered our options. The large space inside remained unused since we wanted to be sure to bring something Owen Sound would really enjoy. We had several ideas but eventually settled back on our original instincts. So many people who came to see us really wanted to see a country bar and we were more than happy to bring it. In order to make it just right, we relied on the experience of our colleagues who had been successful in other cities. We began construction and after months of hard work are able to present what we believe is a location Owen Sound would be happy to visit.
