And that’s a wrap on Convocation! Congratulations to all the Carleton grads who crossed the stage this week — special shout out to the newest cohort of Sprott School of Business grads.🎓✨
Welcome to your Carleton alumni community! We couldn't be prouder of everything you've accomplished to reach this incredible milestone and look forward to staying connected as you begin your next chapter.
A special thank you to everyone who stopped by the Alumni booth throughout the week to pick up a Carleton pin and capture the moment with a photo in front of the 2026 marquee!
Friends, a supportive community, late-night study sessions and… waffles.🎓
We asked some of our newest alumni what they’ll miss most about Carleton.
We’ll miss you too, graduates! 🫶 What will you miss most?
As Convocation week continues, we asked family and friends to share a special message for the Carleton University (Official) graduates they came to celebrate. Their words were a reminder of the incredible support behind every graduate’s journey!🎓

It’s National AccessAbility Week (NAAW), an opportunity to celebrate Canadians with disabilities, as well as raise awareness for the critical need for fully accessible and inclusive communities, campuses and workplaces.
As a Carleton student, Martin Anderson (BCOMM/94), along with a group of fellow students and other collaborators, helped launch the Dedicated Access Fund, an initiative that continues to support accessibility improvements across campus more than 35 years later.
Today, Martin is a general counsel with the Department of Justice, working on complex cases in the immigration law sector. Read about how Martin’s accessibility advocacy journey started at Carleton and has continued throughout his career as a lawyer.
