2183-2189 Deschenes St

The first block is looking good and the 2nd block is underway for May occupancy. The homes are all sold and we look forward to landscaping in the spring.

Our project at 839 Ivanhoe is nearing completion, we have built 12 homes in this great family neighbourhood .

Our Deschenes St project is being framed and as per the pictures I am very pleased that there is a great view of the Ottawa River from the homes. It may be hard to see as it is snow covered but hopefully it will be blue soon. The 1st phase will be completed in June and the 2nd phase in September.

We are starting our next project at 51 Douglas Ave in Lindenlea, almost identical to our recent project at 1035 North River Rd. 3 townhomes that will start construction this spring. It has been more than 10 years since we built 6 townhomes across the street, what a great neighbourhood.

823 Ivanhoe is under construction, both home are sold and the fortunate purchasers will be moving in November.

Our next project at 839 Ivanhoe will start construction next week and the last home will be listed for sale.Last chance to live on Ivanhoe, a great location surrounded by green space, close to the new LRT and Britannia Beach.
This will be our last build on Ivanhoe where we will build 8 homes in 2018.

825/827 Ivanhoe are now being enjoyed by the homeowners. We have built 6 homes in the Frank Ryan Park area during the past 2 years. 2 more are sold and construction will start next week and we have announced our next project at 823 Ivanhoe which will start in April.
This is a great family neighbourhood with abundant green space, easy transit and access to the beach. Why pay Westboro prices when we are only 5 minutes west, and closer to the beach!

N River Rd is nearly complete. Homeowners are enjoying winter along the river. Looking forward to completing the final exterior work in the spring.
