One says:
“Scalable infrastructure supporting scientific innovation.”
The other says:
“Your laptop is fighting for its life.” 💀💻
Both are correct 😂
Through Computing for Humanity and MyResearch Cloud, we help researchers access computing resources for AI, data analysis, and scientific discovery — while giving enterprise hardware a second life ♻️⚡

Behind every scientific breakthrough is infrastructure that most people never see. ⚡🖥️
During this month, volunteers from Computing for Humanity were on-site at Rack and Data, our partner data center in Kitchener, upgrading and expanding the computing infrastructure that supports scientific research initiatives, including World Community Grid and Rosetta@home.
From cluster deployment to infrastructure optimization, every server helps support distributed scientific research and global collaboration.
Grateful for the dedication of our volunteers and our long-standing partnership with Rack and Data in helping power research through accessible computing infrastructure.
This is what infrastructure for humanity looks like.
