When I go see failing fences and decks I constantly hear people tell me their deck product or fence material was made in Canada but even from a mile away I know that's not true. While some material is made even right here in Ontario, it's expensive and many companies use distraction techniques like the ones I'm sharing in this post. Do yourself a favour and don't be fooled. Look into things a bit further.

It's ok to buy a Chinese product if that's what your budget allows for. But don't let a contractor fool you into thinking it's made in Canada. A bit of research on the material will confirm what kind of contractor you're dealing with.
