SPRING BREAK || Anyone else have kiddos home for Spring break? Work stations set up for the kids so I can work on this custom acreage property. This multi stage build will hopefully break ground this summer.

LAKE HOUSE || This stunning lake house includes almost 3700 square feet of Living Space and a large covered rear deck to enjoy year round. I can see many amazing memories being made here.

FAMILY TIME || Out of the office for the next couple of days to enjoy some much deserved family time.

COMING SOON || Watch out for these modern contemporary infills coming soon! This couple had a clear vision of what they were after, and I made sure to deliver just that.

RENO || There are some pretty exciting projects coming soon. This home renovation and extension is going to be a full transformation. Going to be an exciting 2021 for Locke Design.

FIRST IMPRESSION || This custom gate from Frontline, and timber work from will set the tone for this beautiful acreage. Just waiting on stone pillars with a built-in mailbox.

PROGRESS || This exterior renovation is coming together nicely. A new front porch with fir detailing and cedar soffits really change the look of this home. Coming soon are new windows, James Hardie siding, a custom front door and new mason work. Custom gates will set the tone when entering this beautiful acreage property.

THANKFUL || Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Pretty thankful for this family of mine. Hope everyone is surrounded by the people they love, and lots and lots of pumpkin pie.

DEVELOPMENT || Exciting things to come on Elma Street. Feeling pretty lucky that I get to watch this historic street transform, and have a small part in it.

BARN || A barn transformation is in the works - just look at those rooflines! I had a little helper with me today - I think I have a little designer on my hands. I love that he gets to watch me work, especially when it's not behind a screen all day.

EXTERIOR RENOS || This is what a typical summer morning looks like here. Working on an exciting exterior renovation that includes a dramatic porch redo, with a large custom vault and timber detailing.
