Patio season is officially here🍻⁠

This is one of our favourites we’ve built — located right here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With the exposed brick, wrought iron fencing, and a skyline view, it could pass for the streets of New York!⁠

Built on a long-standing partnership, this addition to expands a space we originally delivered.⁠


Built with a pre-engineered Butler steel system, this clear span addition maximizes usable space without interior columns, giving the team more flexibility on the floor. ⁠

The TLS roof paired with Butler’s MR-24 system brings serious durability, while a two-layer insulation approach achieves an R40 roof value, built for energy efficiency and to handle the demands of a Manitoba climate.⁠

From overhead door jambs to the full structural integration, every detail was considered to make this addition feel seamless with the original build—because when you know the client, you know what matters.

PROJECT FEATURE: Brookside Industrial Park West

A 25,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered warehouse built for Canada West and fully fitted for tenant IPEX.⁠

Scope included office space, mezzanine, warehouse operations, and a fire-rated explosion-proof storage room.⁠

Delivered in 2020 on a tight budget and timeline, with structural modifications, drainage solutions, and value engineering required throughout.⁠

Completed on schedule and qualified for Manitoba Hydro’s energy efficiency rebate.

For decades, 1022 Pembina Highway was home to a well-known hotel. The Cambridge Hotel, part of the landscape for many in the community.⁠

As developers, we approach sites like this with respect for what they’ve been, and clarity on what they can become.⁠

That vision is now taking shape as Cambridge Flats—a 6-storey, 87-unit residential development designed for modern urban living, accessibility, and long-term growth along Pembina Highway.

One year later, and this 7.5-acre South Winnipeg project is well underway—on track for completion in October 2026. ⁠

This $30M facility will be a pre-engineered structural steel building, finished with insulated metal panels for long-term performance and efficiency.⁠

Built to support the manufacturing of school bus safety equipment, this is a space designed with purpose—backing products that help keep students safe every day.⁠

From early procurement to navigating supply challenges, our team has stayed adaptable—working with trusted partners and prioritizing Canadian sourcing wherever possible.⁠

We’re proud to be part of a project that’s not only building a facility, but creating opportunity—bringing up to 200 jobs to the community in the years ahead.

PROGRESS UPDATE - The Capri Flats ⁠

Hollow-core installation is officially underway.⁠

Just days ago, you could see the sky from the main floor; today, we’re standing on the third floor. ⁠

By using precast slabs, we aren’t just building for strength; we’re building for speed. These planks give us an immediate, solid platform, allowing our crews to move straight into vertical framing without the wait.⁠

Once complete, The Capri Flats will be a modern 10-storey, 240-unit residential building along Pembina Highway, designed as a vibrant urban community. Thoughtfully planned suites, shared amenities, and landscaped outdoor spaces create homes that are functional, comfortable, and connected to the city.
