Before & After – Bathroom Restoration

Not every project is about changing the look — some are about correcting what’s behind the walls.

This bathroom was taken right back to the studs and rebuilt properly from the inside out:
✅ Framing corrections where needed
✅ Plumbing and electrical upgrades
✅ New insulation & vapour barrier
✅ New drywall with Level 4 finish throughout
✅ Full paint
✅ Traditional craftsman-style trim to match the home
✅ Final install of all fixtures and accessories

Same footprint — just done right.

These are the types of projects that may not look dramatic at first glance, but make a major difference in the quality and longevity of the home.

Now
A fully finished basement bathroom built from the ground up. Clean lines, custom tile, glass shower, and a layout designed to feel bright, modern, and intentional.

Then
This space was an unfinished basement area with a laundry room. We relocated the laundry and transformed unused square footage into a functional, high end bathroom.
Basement spaces don’t have to be overlooked. With the right planning and craftsmanship, they can feel just as refined as any main floor.

Most bathroom failures start behind the tile, long before a leak is visible.

Before You Hire A Contractor

1. Prep Work Determines Longevity
Proper framing, drywall, waterproofing, leveling, ventilation, and plumbing/electrical corrections are what make a renovation last.

2. Materials Matter More Than You Think
Quality membranes, adhesives, fasteners, and installation systems prevent leaks, cracking, and movement.

3. Labour Isn’t “Just Hours” — It’s Experience
Experience shows in the details — cleaner cuts, straighter lines, proper installation, and workmanship that lasts.

4. Detailed Scopes Protect YOU
Clear, structured scopes show exactly what’s included, with materials and allowances defined so your project stays organized and transparent.

Bottom Line:
Quality upfront costs less than repairs later.
