When emergency leak calls hit in bad weather, Barry sets the standard for our service division. Beyond his technical expertise and clear communication with property managers, Barry takes the time to mentor our newer crew members—teaching them proper trade techniques, safety, and the "why" behind the work.

Fredericton: Rex Kendell
Voted by his coworkers as our latest featured employee, Rex brings pure dedication and ownership to every job site. As foreman, he leads by example from start to finish, making sure every project gets done right and that the crew takes genuine pride in their work.

Our head office crew got together recently to support Sending Sunshine, sitting down with paintbrush and pen to craft handmade cards for seniors across our communities.

Every card was written, drawn, and painted by hand each one packed with a warm message to brighten a senior's day and let them know their neighbours are thinking of them. Taking time out of the week to care for the folks who built our communities is just what good neighbours do.

🚧 A new milestone for industrial development in Dieppe!
Today, Expansion Dieppe and Adelin Properties marked the launch of Place Aviation with an official groundbreaking ceremony on Aviation Avenue in Dieppe’s industrial park. 🏗️

This new 50,000-square-foot energy-efficient industrial complex will provide modern, functional space for businesses in our region. We are also pleased to announce that Acadian Construction and Outcape will be among Place Aviation’s first tenants. 🤝

🌿 The project is designed to achieve energy efficiency performance 35% above the requirements of the National Energy Code for Buildings – Canada 2025. The first tenants are expected to move in by fall 2027.

For the second year running, our Moncton crew teamed up with the folks at UNB Nursing to fire up the grill for the John Howard Society.

While our team was flipping burgers, the nursing students were hard at work providing health checks for local patrons. The John Howard Society does essential work for people right here in our backyard, and we’re always glad to roll up our sleeves, lend a hand, and share a warm meal with our neighbours.

A huge thank you to the UNB students, the John Howard team, and everyone who came together to make the day such a success.

Roofing Estimator — Outcape Roofing Estimator application category based in Dartmouth NS, supporting envelope work on job sites across Atlantic Canada.

We had a great time out at Fox Meadows in Stratford for the annual BOMA PEI golf tournament last week.

Shoutout to Daniel, Steve, Doug, and Mike for powering through all 18 holes in high winds and that late afternoon rainstorm. Over on Hole #4, Karolyn and Pat held down the fort at the Outcape booth with our "Game Night" theme and a 2026 CFMoto U10 Highland Pro side-by-side up for grabs for a Hole-in-One.

Rain or shine, getting out on the green to catch up with local building owners and property managers is what it's all about. Big thanks to our crew for representing Outcape and to BOMA PEI for putting on another solid event.

We had a great time out on the green supporting the BOMA Newfoundland and Labrador annual golf tournament again this year.

For our team, events like this are about a whole lot more than just golf. Getting out on the course gives us a chance to catch up face to face with the local building owners and property managers who keep our regional infrastructure running every single day.
