A huge shoutout to Express Imaging inc. for printing the su***de prevention cards we use each month through The Birthday Club, as well as the cards that will make their debut at our upcoming Sweets fundraiser!
What makes this even more special is that Eric and his team donated the printing at no cost to support our mission. Their generosity allows us to put more resources directly into supporting the people we serve.
They also printed our brand-new resource cards, which we can now distribute to organizations, community centres, counselling practices, and therapy offices to help more people learn about the support services available through Existence Is Enough Association.
We're incredibly grateful for community partners who believe in what we're doing and are willing to come alongside us in meaningful ways. Thank you, Eric and the entire Express Imaging team, for helping us spread hope and ensure that people are reminded of what's true: your existence is enough.

We spent two full days at The Sunset Community training centre and loved every minute of it.
As we spend time processing and reflecting, we can't help but think about how this life-saving education is not readily available across the Maritimes.
This training literally equips you with the skills needed to keep someone safe from su***de. We cannot emphasize the importance of that enough.
Every community deserves people who know how to recognize the signs, have the hard conversations, and support someone through a suicidal crisis with confidence and compassion.
We are leaving this experience even more passionate about bringing ASIST training to the Maritimes and helping make su***de first aid more accessible to the people who need it most.
This education saves lives. Period. ๐

We are officially ASIST certified ๐
What an incredible two days spent with a group of people dedicated to su***de first aid.
Today, we had the chance to practice scenarios as a group, using the skills we learned yesterday to provide su***de first aid in real-time situations.
For many, this experience was challenging, raw, and emotional, but it was also a necessary part of the learning process in order to feel confident stepping in to help others.
We are so thankful to our trainers, Brent and Amanda, who facilitated an amazing training and inspired us to continue pursuing this work. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
To every person in attendance, your existence was noticed and appreciated.
Hereโs to counting down the days until the next training in October ๐

Day One of ASIST is done! ๐
What an incredible experience it was. We are so thankful to sit in a room full of people who are deeply dedicated to supporting those experiencing suicidal thoughts.
Su***de is still so stigmatized and taboo, so spending eight hours openly talking about the reality of it for so many people felt both heavy and freeing at the same time.
One theme that came up repeatedly among participants today was how difficult it is not only to find ASIST training in the Maritimes, but also to actually secure a spot in one. There simply arenโt enough trainings available for the people who want to take su***de prevention education.
That reality reminded us why we are so determined to become ASIST Facilitators ourselves: to help make this life-saving training more accessible across the Maritimes.
For a long time, weโve dreamed about one day facilitating this training, and today made that dream feel closer than ever.
Day Two is tomorrow, and once we complete the training, we plan to host a series of events this summer to help fundraise for our Facilitator Training this October.
Thank you to everyone supporting us on this journey. We are incredibly grateful and honoured. ๐

The Maritimes is in need of ASIST Facilitators.
Monica Pratt and Brooklyn White are stepping forward to become certified facilitators of Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) so we can bring life-saving education to New Brunswick and across the Maritimes through Existence Is Enough Association.
Su***de continues to impact individuals, families, and communities at an alarming rate. We believe that equipping everyday people with the skills to recognize, respond, and support someone experiencing suicidal thoughts is one of the most powerful ways to create real change.
To do this well, we need to be trained at the highest level. The total cost to complete ASIST Training, ASIST Facilitator Training, and all associated expenses is $10,000.
ASIST is designed to be delivered by two facilitators, which is why we are committing to this journey together. This allows us to lead trainings with excellence, integrity, and care, ensuring every participant receives the full impact of the program.
Our vision is clear. We want to bring these trainings into churches, organizations, schools, and communities across New Brunswick and throughout the Maritimes. We want to equip people of all ages with the confidence and skills to step into hard conversations and respond in ways that can help save a life.
When you invest in this, you are not just supporting our training. You are helping build a network of individuals who are prepared to show up in moments that matter most. You are helping create safer communities where people feel seen, supported, and not alone.
Every dollar brings us closer to being able to offer these trainings widely and consistently. Every contribution helps place life-saving skills into the hands of those who need them.
Together, we can lead the charge in New Brunswick and across the Maritimes and ensure that more people are equipped to respond when it matters most.
