Our little ones loved planting flowers last week! 🌼 🌸

From digging in the soil to delicately placing the flowers in our fence planters, they enjoyed every step of the process. It was a wonderful hands-on experience as the children spent time learning about nature while taking pride in helping our outdoor space bloom.

A big thank you to Mrs. Suzie for bringing in two special guests for the children to meet and explore. The children were fascinated as they learned all about snakes, asking questions and getting an up-close look at these amazing reptiles. It was a fun and educational experience for everyone!

Shout out to Ruth in our Infant 2 room, our April Employee of thr Month! We’re proud to recognize Ruth for the incredible dedication and care she brings to our Centre.

Not only does she support our youngest learners with warmth and expertise, but she also plays a vital role as our Designated Safeguarding Lead. Ruth consistently goes above and beyond, supporting staff across rooms with helpful strategies, ensuring all equipment and materials are safe and up to date, and carrying out important first aid checks.

Her commitment helps create a safe, welcoming environment that is felt in everything we do. Thank you, Ruth, for your hard work, leadership, and the positive impact you make every day!

At BrightPath Milton, we’re committed to being lifelong learners, which is why all our team members take part in ongoing professional development. On April 6, our entire team came together for a day of learning, collaboration, and growth. 📃

We explored new tools and techniques to enhance the quality of care we provide, reviewed important procedures and policies, participated in preparation of classroom materials, and shared ideas to strengthen our curriculum and daily interactions. 🎨

We even took time to have some fun with team-building activities that brought us closer together. We’re grateful for such a dedicated team and proud of the passion and effort each member brings every day to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for the children in our care. ❤



 

March Employee of the Month – Farjana!

Farjana brings kindness, patience, and positivity into the classroom each day. Her dedication to supporting our toddler’s growth, learning and development does not go unnoticed. She creates a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to explore.
