❤️ September 19th — Fundraiser at Rob Roy’s!
We’re raising money to help our pole athletes get to the Pole Masters Championship in Montreal. Come out, support the athletes and have some fun with us!

"Four years ago on September 27th, 2022, we opened our doors in Merrickville. Four years later, we're still here and still growing.

We're marking it with a Demo Day — Sunday, September 27th, 2 to 4pm. Come through, check out the equipment, see what the gym's all about, and grab some treats while you're at it. We're a 24-hour access gym with a studio for fitness classes, including pole, HYROX, and yoga and more.
Also turning 50 on September 22nd, so this year I'm celebrating right alongside the gym. Four years of Power Pole Performance, fifty years of me. Thanks for being part of it.
