Consultations are available for individuals of all ages and may include:
General medical consultations
Routine health check-ups
Assessment of new or ongoing health concerns
Diabetes and high blood pressure management
Women’s, men’s, and children’s health
Preventive health care and health screening
Prescription renewals (where clinically appropriate)
Referrals for specialist care or diagnostic testing, if required
Whether you have a specific medical concern or would simply like a routine health assessment, our Family Physician is available to provide compassionate, comprehensive care.
Pre-booking is encouraged to reserve your preferred appointment time. A limited number of walk-in appointments will also be available on the day of the outreach and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
