The closure of EC English’s Canadian schools has left students with questions about their studies and the support available to them. We want to provide a clear answer about their GuardMe insurance.

Students currently in Canada who have GuardMe insurance through EC English remain covered. The school closures do not cancel their insurance.

GuardMe is here to support these students and will continue to protect them under their existing policies, within their coverage dates and policy terms.

As Languages Canada helps students find placements at other schools, our team remains available to answer insurance questions and help students access care. Students can reach us using the contact details in their insurance documents. Questions about school
