✨The GTA new home market returned in September 2023, and reversing three months of decline.✨✨

🏫 In September, a total of 1885 units were sold, representing a 303% year-on-year increase compared to the previous year.
🏫 Condo Apartments accounted for 1290 units sold, which is a 207% increase compared to September last year and a 29% decrease compared to the ten-year average.
🏫 New Single-family Homes accounted for 595 units sold, showing an 1140% increase compared to September last year, but a 37% decrease compared to the ten-year average.
