Had the opportunity to help correct an issue that the Genesis dealership that our customer bought the car from didn't want to do/didn't correct the first time around.
Brand new 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T with 700kms when I got it was pulling from factory. Customer claimed that they took it in twice for "alignment" but didn't even provide a print out to show proof of adjustments.
Customer was not happy so they reached out to us. At first we didn't have the 2021 specs for this vehicle so I had to call my local tech to provide me with the specs. That's why it shows "modified specification" in the second pic.
My best guess is the dealer themselves didn't have the up to date specs for the 2021 models themselves and just clicked the closest model they could find.
We like to take the time and extra steps to provide transparency to our customers as we believe there is nothing to hide when you do the job right.
