Job Summary:
S.M.C. Versatile Limited is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the company’s Construction Team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for management and ex*****on of the construction and installation activities within time and budgetary constraints, and working in compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental Plans, and regulatory requirements applicable to all Projects. The selected candidate will work under and report directly to the Business Owner, alongside the company’s other associates.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Report on all construction progress, technical and commercial issues related to the Construction and Installation activities.
• Identify potential problem areas and risks as they arise and develop and implement mitigation actions if and as required.
• Coordinate and work hands-on with constructions projects.
• Monitor and work on projects in progress to ensure that work is executed in compliance with the requirements of the contract and schedule.
• In cooperation with the Owner and Director, assist in monitoring and control of project budget.
• Provide support to coordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors (if required).
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 1 years' experience in general construction.
• Experience with accessibility and home modification preferred.
• Experience in Design and build required.
• Experience working with construction activities in commercial and residential settings required.

Salary: $45,000-$55,000/year + Company Vehicle
