Growing up in Maple Ridge, lacrosse has always been part of the heartbeat of this community. It’s more than just a sport, it’s friendships, family, tradition, hard work, and pride in where we come from.

That’s why I am incredibly proud to sponsor the Maple Ridge Burrards.

Beyond sponsoring the organization, I also have the privilege of coaching two teams within the Ridge Meadows Burrards Minor Lacrosse Association, and honestly, it’s one of my favourite things to be a part of. Watching these athletes grow in confidence, compete for each other, work through adversity, and build friendships through the game is something I absolutely love.

The Burrards organization has such a strong impact on young athletes in our community, teaching lessons that go far beyond the floor, commitment, discipline, teamwork, resilience and confidence. Those are values that carry into everyday life, business, and our community as a whole.

The Ridge Meadows Burrards continue to build one of the strongest lacrosse cultures in the country, and it’s amazing seeing the next generation inspired by the Senior team and dreaming big.

I’m grateful to give back to a game and a community that has given so much to so many of us.

Looking forward to another great season and chasing the ultimate goal together, bringing the Mann Cup back to Maple Ridge.
