I speak a lot about the cost of living crisis and how it is impacting Canadian lives.
Sometimes it’s easy to ignore, until it hits your own backyard.
Our local food bank had to send some of its clients home with canned food, after they ran out of fresh food.
In an economy, where everybody is watching their bottom line donations are difficult.

These downward trends continue to be very concerning for Canada’s job Market.
At the Home Show, one concern came up over and over again, property rights.
Recent court rulings have already created real uncertainty in B.C., with some people reportedly unable to secure mortgages because of unresolved land claims.
Conservatives believe your property rights must be protected.

One concern came up repeatedly on our engagement board at the Home Show, private property rights.
For families across British Columbia, a home represents years of sacrifice, hard work, and security for the future.
Conservatives believe those rights deserve to be protected.
As claims and uncertainty continue to grow in B.C., the silence from the Liberal government has been deafening. British Columbians deserve leadership that will stand up for homeowners, not ignore growing concerns and hope they disappear.
When will this government finally stand up for the people who worked their entire lives to own a home?
Is Mark Carney worse than Justin Trudeau at managing finances?
