Words hold power…
…but only as much power as we give them.
The words we use about health and wellbeing can either nurture OR hinder our sense of hope and possibility.
When we begin to re-perceive the words and diagnoses we’ve been given, we can transform what they mean to us.
The word “cancer,” for example, can shift from fear to understanding, from despair to empowerment.
As Candace Pert taught, the body is the subconscious mind.
So when we change subconscious beliefs, we’re not just shifting thoughts.
We’re changing energy, frequency, and vibration at the cellular level. We’re changing our physiology.

Most of the work is below the surface…
Many people don’t realize that the conscious mind makes up only about 1 to 5 percent of our overall awareness.
That’s 40 bits of information per second compared to the 40 million of the subconscious mind.
Imagine one horse pulling you toward your goal while a million others pull the opposite way.
Those million represent the beliefs and programs of the subconscious.
If those beliefs sound like “I don’t deserve,” “I’m unworthy,” or “It’s impossible to heal, to be happy, to thrive,” then no matter how strong your conscious desire, the power of the subconscious will win out every time.
That’s why lasting change has to include the subconscious mind.
It holds the real power to transform lives.

GIVING TUESDAY
I had the pleasure of meeting Paige last year when I went to visit her on Maui at The Spirit Horse Ranch. She and her team are doing such noble work supporting the local communities.
They are asking for our help to raise funds for their programs and operations and would be so grateful for any support of their amazing healing work.

What a gift to read this beautiful review from Jennifer Garner and TABI Tarot of The Council of Horses Oracle Deck.
Jennifer’s words capture the living spirit of The Council ~ that meeting place between myth and breath, where Horses move as messengers of grace, truth, and belonging. Reading her reflection felt like hearing the deck breathe through new hands, reminding me again how alive these stories are.
Each card in The Council of Horses is a conversation between horse and human, seen and unseen, paddock and possibility. I’m so grateful that this dialogue continues to ripple outward, carried by voices like Jennifer’s who listen with such heart.
