HELLOOOO.....I'm back and nothing like doing so with BEFORE / AFTER bikini pics ;) Like many of you, I was so done with feeling crappy including tired, lack of motivation, hot flashes multiple times daily, crap sleep without sleep aids, bloated, etc......clearly I lost my FOCUS & slowly put on 10+ pounds OMG. I became the heaviest I've ever been and hated how I looked & felt. Anyone else feel this way??

I of all people knew I had to make a change but how? Obviously, I was not disciplined enough to do this myself and needed some kind of KICK START to support me. When my Friend & fellow Trainer blew me away with FB before/after pics from her 4-week program I emailed her immediately and said SIGN ME UP! As long as it was a food based program with healthy caloric intake which would be sustainable thereafter (eg. not a liquid diet) then I didn't care the cost and told her to send me the info so I could join immediately - I started 2-weeks later on May 30th.

Well, today was my official check-in with pictures and measurements after the 4-week Gut Protocol and I could not be happier. In addition to losing 6.6 lbs & 4 inches I regained my energy, motivation, had maybe 3 hot flashes in a month, sleep great without pills and have my FOCUS back.

I know my struggles are common amongst my age group especially; you aren't alone. Many of us are eating things we should NOT causing our GUT to be angry (bloated, gassy, etc.). It's for this reason I wanted to share my results and let my Client base know that I've officially become a Coach with Beachbody to continue my journey and help others wanting the same renewed FOCUS.

CONGRATS to MJ for her SUCCESS. SHOUT OUT to this gal who just completed the 100 DAY MORNING MELTDOWN with Jericho via the Beach Body On Demand App. She did NOT miss 1 day and stuck to my Clean Eat Menu 85%......lost 10 lbs & 4 inches. MJ is a 48 yrs old busy single Mom with a challenging & stressful life; she has renewed determination to keep going. CONGRATS MJ; I'm soooo proud of you.

I hope this provides some motivation and encouragement that even through these difficult times; with persistence and FOCUS you can do anything. I truly believe the key to your success is a ROUTINE, a PLAN and FRIENDS that keep you motivated.
