Strudel a very creative open faced sandwich creation by that won 1st place in this year’s Vancouver Sandwich Challenge!

Blue Hawaiian Sundae created by Chef Sadapphin Phothong and it was delicious, it won 1st place recently in the Vancouver Sundae Challenge. A beautiful and fun presentation of this sundae combining the Tropical flavours into the fresh coconut with a freshness of coconut butterfly pea jello, pineapple, mangoes in syrup, coconut rum ice cream; and it's topped with banana bruleé and taro Mont Blanc.

Torched Banana Turon Cheesecake was created by Lyra & Abe, this tasty creamy New York cheesecake was inspired with a banana turon flavour, topped with a dollop of delicious burnt butter yema (condensed milk custard), topped & torched in cinnamon sugar dusting, topped with sliced, cooked & sweetened banana cinnamon, finishing it off with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
This creation is available through July 3.
