Had to share this cute moment that just happened…
I opened the back door to let my senior dog out for a wiz and forgot to close it. She did her business and promptly went for a nap under my desk. I was puttering elsewhere in the house. Meanwhile, a neighbourhood cat (who is super skittish and won’t let us near) decided to come in and check the place out. I came into my office to this scene. 🥹
The cat promptly bolted back out the door (after kindly posing for the picture). My sweet old dog slept through the whole event…which is probably for the best. 😂
