Phase two at ERA will be home to the residents-only Clubhouse. The second floor is all about indoor/outdoor entertaining and recreation. There will also be a well-equipped fitness centre with change rooms, plus a stylish party room with a kitchenette that opens onto a sprawling terrace. The outdoor pool will feature a hot tub and sundeck and will be surrounded by lounge areas and a bbq station with dining tables.⁠
