The calm behind every call.

In the police world, 9-1-1 operators and dispatchers carry a burden most people will never see. They are the first voice in the chaos, the steady line between panic and help, and the unseen lifeline keeping officers, families, and communities safe.

These custom dispatcher bags were made with that in mind — practical enough for the shift, meaningful enough to honour the work. And let’s be honest… dispatchers do not simply “go to work.” They arrive prepared like they may be moving in permanently: snacks, chargers, coffee, backup coffee, emotional support pens, paperwork, more snacks, and probably enough supplies to survive a minor apocalypse.

The design features the thin blue line representing law enforcement, and the thin gold line representing the dispatchers who stand behind the scenes — guiding, protecting, listening, coordinating, and helping bring officers home safely. And of course, those that are working FIFA Vancouver to keep us all safe and happy. They are customized for their home unit, as well as some important numbers that carry a lot; things that they can’t unhear or unimagine.

To every dedicated dispatcher and 9-1-1 operator: thank you for being the calm voice, the unseen strength, and the thin gold line behind the badge.

We recently customized a lineup of construction-ready apparel for a local company, including high-vis vests, hoodies, hats, toques, and bags — all branded and ready to hit the job site.

It has been such an honour to design and create a full merch line for SCORE, the RCMP FIFA team working tirelessly behind the scenes to help keep the World Cup safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.

Their days are busy, their work is incredibly important, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. We’re grateful to play even a small part in bringing their ideas to life through custom merch to wear proudly and comfortably. We custom designed all their logos, and we’re able to specialize items to specific units within the organization.
